One thing I’ve never been able to do well while exercising is breathe.
It’s an innate physiological process, but when I’m told to take a deep inhale, I find it difficult to do. Yoga has helped me breathe deeper and stronger.
In keeping with my current theme of Moving to music, I want to slow the pace down this week with this beautiful Pearl Jam song.
Sometimes, it’s wonderful to “Just Breathe.”
