Music Monday moves with Pearl Jam

One thing I’ve never been able to do well while exercising is breathe.

It’s an innate physiological process, but when I’m told to take a deep inhale, I find it difficult to do. Yoga has helped me breathe deeper and stronger.

In keeping with my current theme of Moving to music, I want to slow the pace down this week with this beautiful Pearl Jam song.

Sometimes, it’s wonderful to “Just Breathe.”

  2. Eden, I also tend to forget to breathe in stressful times and when I exercise although like you I have used Yoga to work on my breathing. Maybe I need to do that more often.

    I love this Pearl Jam song. I listened to it last week several times when I binged on Pearl Jam for about 12 hours. Thank you for the listen again today. Hugs, Ardee-ann
