Music Monday moves with The Black Eyed Peas (@bep)


In my Hot Body Tone class, the instructor uses this song, amongst many others, for our one-hour workout. The fitness-inspired routine is intense and this is a great song to work out to.

  1. I can stay active for an hour eating dimsum, congee, noodles, fried rice and all my favorite Chinese food. I know I will not survive 1 hr of a fitness class.

  2. Your helping me find music to walk to. I need stuff with a good beat so I can keep my pace up. I’m going to do, well, TRY to do a 5K walk/run in May to help raise money for my local animal shelter. I’m doing the walk part. You can consider your latest Music Monday’s a donation to my training.
