Music Monday is Thinking Out Loud with @EdSheeran

I fell in love with this song when I saw Ed Sheeran perform it on the Grammys.

Beautiful music, lyrics, and video.

“…’Cause honey your soul could never grow old, it’s evergreen
And, baby, your smile’s forever in my mind and memory
I’m thinking ’bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe it’s all part of a plan
Well, I’ll just keep on making the same mistakes
Hoping that you’ll understand …”

Enjoy, and have a great week everyone ❤

  1. I love this guy and the video. Great choice, as always!

  2. Beautiful! I love this song! Thanks for sharing Eden!

It’s the best mainstream pop song in many years, I love it. My wife and I have made it “our song”. I dig ed Sheeran. And I’m a huge music snob.

  4. You chose well! Like the voice and the song… xox

  5. I’ve heard some of his music, but this one’s a new one.

    • I think this is one of his biggest hits, one of my faves anyway. I’m always late to ‘new’ music, so it’s a great thing for me to discover him now. Thanks for commenting William, xox

  6. Funny thing: I heard his song “The A Team,” a few years ago, and it slayed me, but I never caught the artist. Then, when he was touring with Taylor Swift, I admit I kind of wrote him off as another manufactured pop-boy without actually digging in. Then this song hit the radio, and the DJ connected the two songs for me. Humble pie, with a side of crow 😉

  7. Haha, I didn’t know he and Taylor Swift had a song together until recently. I suppose the ‘big’ singers like to collaborate with other ‘big’ singers to increase their reach. I’ll have to listen to “The A Team’ now, never heard of that one, xo
