My first Music Monday of 2015 – Don’t Give Up

It’s Monday, and my first post of 2015 is a musical one.

“Don’t Give Up” is a collaboration by two incredible musicians.

It’s not only a beautiful song, but an anthem for anyone who is struggling—creatively, financially, physically, emotionally, and otherwise.

With the world in turmoil sparked by the senseless murders in France, I have, at times, felt incredibly discouraged, but I’m not giving up … I hope you won’t either. — eden

  1. One of my all time favourite songs. Coincidentally the two of them live a stone throw from where I live, although they haven’t invited me in for a cup of tea yet….!
Never give up ❤ & Happy Monday!

    • Aw … that’s nice to have them as neighbours, maybe you should invite them for a tea? They’re probably a bit intimidated by living next to such a prolific writer 😉 Happy Monday too, Christoph xox ❤

It’s been a long time since I heard this song. Given the past horrific week it’s a good message to all. Je suis Charlie.

  8. The last few days have been rough. Seeing the solidarity marches in various places, however, were uplifting. If terrorists actually believe their actions instill fear, they’re dreadfully mistaken. They only strengthen resolve.

    • I agree William,

The terrorists want to abolish a way of life contrary to their beliefs. Their senseless killings do NOTHING to accomplish that. If anything, it shows them for the cowards they are. They don’t accept life as sacred. They are inhuman, and there is NO religion that preaches what they are doing.

Thanks for the comment, hon. xox
