Inside the Author’s Mind – Lucy Felthouse

I first learned about Lucy Felthouse via her website, Erotica for All. It was early in the stages of my writing, and I was surfing for erotica sites. Little did I know that I would reconnect with her later as a writer.

I’m happy to say that Lucy is one of the sweetest, most vibrant, and responsive individuals I’ve met. Not only can she write, but she has built an incredible website that she touts as being for “readers, writers and everyone in between.”

I love that Lucy is young, fresh, and fiercely determined. I’m thrilled to showcase both her and her new book, Uniform Behaviour-Steamy Stories About Men and Women in Uniform, which she edited.

I now turn the floor over to the first of this month’s Fabulous Femmes—Lucy Felthouse.

Uniform Behaviour contains sixteen smutty stories about firemen, soldiers, sailors, police, security guards and even waiters, priests and cleaners!

Delve into this anthology and enjoy steamy stories from established erotica authors including Justine Elyot, Craig J Sorensen, Victoria Blisse, Shermaine Williams, Elizabeth Coldwell and Lucy Felthouse. Uniform Behaviour also proudly introduces some exciting debut authors.

As well as being written and compiled for your titillation, this anthology is also designed to do good. A portion of the proceeds from Uniform Behaviour will be donated to U.K. charity Help for Heroes, which helps those wounded in current conflict.

Inside Lucy Felthouse’s Mind

Which words or phrases do you most overuse? Obviously, actually and probably some others I don’t even realize I’m using.

What turns you on creatively? Success – I’m hungry for it which is what keeps me going!

What is your idea of perfect happiness? I don’t think there’s any such thing. You’d be very lucky indeed if every aspect of your life was perfect. Plus, I think even if it was, there would always be something else you wanted.

What quality do you most admire in a man? Can I have two? Intelligence and sense of humour.

What quality do you most admire in a woman? A can-do attitude.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? I would quite like to attempt being a millionaire.

If you could choose what to come back as, what would it be? I’d still be human, only a little bit thinner.

What do you consider your greatest achievement? Being published – each and every time it happens. And I really hope it keeps happening!

What is the trait you most deplore in others? Dishonesty.

What is your present state of mind? Very sleepy but content.

What is your favorite curse word? I’m terrible, I use far too many. I guess I like to use the word “fuck” a lot – including in my writing!

What is your motto? Do what you want to do, and don’t let anyone stand in your way.
